Stepping into a new level of leadership or shaping a social vision can bring up plenty of questions. Whether you are curious about how we work, what “relational support” actually means for you, or how to get involved, you will find the guideposts below.

The quick guide to how we gather, connect, and work together.

We specialise in supporting women leaders, founders, and change-makers – particularly those navigating transitions, stepping into larger roles, or building social enterprises.

Whether you are leading an established organisation or just starting to shape your vision, our space is designed to help you cultivate deep self-belief and practical leadership skills.

Both. We partner with independent, women-led micro-businesses, community organisations, and social enterprises through The Cairn Compass. If your team or organisation is navigating a period of change, we can tailor a programme specifically to your goals.

We work with individuals through our sister company, Strada Vision, as well as delivering our masterclasses helping them find that next step.

We deliver a mix of gathering types to suit different needs.

The Growth Circle is primarily an online community, and we’ll add weekend retreats as the group expands, to enjoy digging into topics that deserve a slower-paced conversation and time to pause.

The Strada Vision masterclasses currently offered in Perthshire. In time we’ll expand to other cities – let us know if you’d like to see a series delivered closer to you. We’ll add longer retreats to mix next year … split between Scotland and some of our favourite places in Europe.

If we’re working with you – as an individual or organisation, we’ll work with you to find the right mix of locations … which might be in your office and an occasional online call.

Growth Circle sessions are either on a Monday afternoon 1:30-3pm, or a Thursday evening 8-9:30pm.

We asked our founding cohort and these timings allowed them to deal with work and family commitments. As we build the community, we’ll aim to make the calls as easily accessible as possible.

LEVEL UP YOUR World

For the change-makers ready to dig a little deeper into our ethos, impact, and approach.

an online community

Traditional consultancies can often feel highly transactional – focused purely on spreadsheets and tick-boxes. We focus on relational support.

We believe that true strategic growth only happens when you also support the person behind the strategy. Our approach combines robust business expertise with dedicated spaces to explore confidence, clarity, and community.

Because we know that leadership – of your team of 1 or 12 – can feel incredibly isolating, especially when you are trying to drive positive change.

By focusing on social enterprise and collaborative growth, we aren’t just helping you scale a business – we’re helping you build a sustainable ecosystem of support. When you level up your world, you bring your community along with you.

We don’t treat them as separate blocks. You can have the most brilliant, robust business plan in the world, but if imposter feelings or transition fatigue creep in, execution stalls.

We integrate practical strategic frameworks directly with leadership coaching that fosters genuine self-belief. Strategy gives you the roadmap; mindset gives you the fuel to drive it.

Think of it as a casual, focused chance to touch base with friends who know what it’s like to have a small business … if that’s where you’re at.

We don’t do intense, high-pressure discovery calls. Instead, these calls are an open space to chat about a topic, review priorities, troubleshoot immediate blocks, and keep you moving forward without feeling overwhelmed. It’s consistent, manageable momentum.

Absolutely! Over time, we’ll add The Horizon Collective to support you as you build resilience over time. Membership in the Horizon Collective will give you access to strategic support and accountability through the quarterly in-person Resilience Summits.
